"ANYTHING ONE MAN CAN IMAGINE, OTHER MEN CAN MAKE REAL"

Jules Verne, Around the World in Eighty Days

Martti Helde

DIRECTOR

Martti has been dragged through the pipes of classical film and theatre education. That made him write and direct a black and white feature lenght historical film called „In the Crosswinds“ which consisted of almost nothing but tableaux vivants. It just may be that it was something else that made him do it, but that doesn`t matter – the film is a visually spectacular story loaded with emotions. Just like his commercial work. When even small things need to look larger than life, Martti provides the magnifying glass.
